Russia Qualifying: Moores takes pole as misjudgement from Estlea puts him down to ninth
Qualifying in Sochi was a fascinating affair.
It was Alex Moores who took pole by setting a 1.32.248 after a misjudgement from Will Estlea resulted in him going out on track too late and unable to set a time in Q3. Chantelle Hawke will start second on a 1.32.983 ahead of Rosie O'Driscoll in her best qualifying so far on a 1.33.143. Toby Jones will start fourth on a 1.33.219 with Hannah Doran fifth on a 1.33.275.
Matt Coombs will start in sixth on a 1.33.623 ahead of Will Buchan in seventh on a 1.33.687 and Lucy Woodward in eighth on a 1.33.745. Will Estlea will start ninth after failing to set a time, with Dan Milliner who didn't go out at all also unable to set a time so down in tenth.
Here is the starting grid for tomorrow's Russian Grand Prix.
